  • Turnaround Time

    All drafts will be sent within 3-4 business days after the client intake form is completed. Rush service is available for an additional fee. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours.

  • Revisions

    Upon delivery of your proof, there will only be two free revisions. Additional revisions will incur additional charges. Please proofread to ensure spelling and information is accurate.

  • Pickup/Delivery

    Pick-up can be arranged Monday-Friday. We will work with each client directly to determine best pick-up time. Delivery is available for an additional fee and charges are based off product(s) ordered.
